The room was excellent for a motel room. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower great and it was quiet. We had a swim when we arrived followed by a glass of wine at our outdoor table. Would definitely recommend.

After a full day of driving, it was a pleasant surprise to experience Southern Cross Motor Inn's high quality accommodation and services. The host was friendly and informative when we phoned direct and we were glad to know there were vegetarian options at the RSL across the street. In a quiet area away from through-traffic, easy to find, clean and very comfortable, Southern Cross Motor Inn is one of Narrabri's best kept secrets!

First time staying at this motel and we will definitely stay again, we couldn’t fault the place. The unit was clean, spacious, the bed was comfortable and being across from the RSL meant that it was very convenient to grab a meal. It was great value for money and the hosts were very friendly. A great little find & we give it 5 out of 5!

We stumbled across the Southern Cross Motor Inn by pure chance last night, and what a lucky find! After travelling from Victoria to Queensland and back, this has by far been our favourite motel of the trip. The rooms were much more spacious than we expected, including a lovely, generously sized bathroom. Everything was clean, modern and well presented, with comfortable beds, complimentary bottled water in the fridge, and all the amenities you could need. The location is quiet and convenient, directly opposite the RSL. We couldn't have asked for more! Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Narrabri. Highly recommend!
